“Let My People Go Surfing” by Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard

Sharing the lessons learned in growing too fast, changing direction and building a unique corporate brand. In this biography, he outlines the shift from a mountaineering supply and equipment company into a privately owned, global gear and outdoor clothing icon.

There’s no need to read the book. You can find a YouTube video or podcast interview. Bring a Patagonia story or your own experience from working at a company that faced a crossroads moment or crisis that led to reinvention.
