Drew Bonfiglio | Emzingo Group | Co-Founder & Partner

Leadership development and social impact are at the center of what Drew's work. As the co-founder of Emzingo, a leadership development company and Certified B Corp, Drew works with some of the top universities in the world and a range of small, medium, and large companies to design and deliver experiences, strategies, workshops, and short- and long-format programs that drive social innovation, environmental awareness, cultural understanding, teamwork, and core leadership capabilities. He is also the Co-Chair of the Boston Local B Corps and proud Net Impact Boston leadership team alumnus. Drew lives in Somerville and can often be found running along the Charles or hiking in the Fells.
